Remember Our Names Black History Month Prayer Vigil

Four years. That's how long it will be, this Monday, since BPD officers killed Kayla Moore. We hope you'll join us to hold vigil for Kayla on Monday in downtown Berkeley. Groups will be holding space from 12pm - 5pm, and Justice 4 Kayla Moore's portion will be 1:00pm - 1:30pm.

The day as a whole has been organized by Berkeley Organizing Congregations for Action and will be devoted to memorializing and celebrating the lives of all Black people who, throughout history, have lived, struggled, fought for justice, survived and died, often before their time.

Martin Luther King, Jr., Civic Center Park, Berkeley, CA

12 pm - 5 pm
