On Nov. 6th at approximately 5:30am Berkeley police confronted three people regarding a car burglary near Seventh St and Grayson. One person was fatally shot. Berkeley police are releasing very little information about the situation. Berkeley Copwatch is gathering information and would appreciate hearing from you if you know anything.
