One Sept 23rd, Judge Breyer delayed his decision on whether or not to go along with the City of Berkeley's shameful attempt to have the Moore family's case thrown out. We expect him to make his final decision on 10/17 - So, let's make a big show of community support on that Monday morning to let the judge know: We remember Kayla Moore! We won't stand for having her family's case get dismissed! The Moore family's case - and their cry for justice - needs to be heard!
